Please note that certain items like paintballs and customized markers may be subject to specific restrictions due to their nature.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and manuals intact within 30 days of delivery.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your gear back.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box to ensure prompt processing at our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the equipment for quality assurance and issue your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
